Every summer, hospitals having blood supplies on hand is critical during the 100 deadliest days between Memorial Day and Labor Day. During this time, more folks are taking vacations and not donating blood as frequently, and simultaneously hospitals tend to see an uptick in traumas and emergencies with more people adventuring and road tripping where more accidents happen. Together, participants will work through individual stories and weave a personal nest as a living symbol of home, safety, and new beginnings. Each branch and twist is an act of intention: a place to nurture, protect, and honor your own journey. This workshop is for anyone wanting to creatively work through personal stories in a hands-on, heart-centered environment. By building together, we create not only a nest but a community of care, witnessing, and transformation. Participants are encouraged to bring a notebook/journal if desired. In this very unique Wine 101 session, we examining the types of wines to stock in your cellar, at a time when you’re not sure how long you may need to hunker down. Learn about age-worthy varietals and styles of wine. (Yes, some wines absolutely age better than others). Learn what to look for, how to store them, and let us all collectively plan on this for fun, not survival! And, sip through nine excellent examples of what you might find in *our* bunker cellar!
